YOUNG CHEF WORKSHOPS

Designed for kids ages 8+, our workshops are two hours of fun, 100% hands-on cooking or baking!​

  • ​Small group setting (6 spots per class), kids work together in teams.
  • Held select Saturdays each month, 11 - 1 pm

SUMMER COOKING CAMPS

Designed for serious Young Chefs ages 8-13, our 3-day and 1-day cooking camps make learning culinary skills incredibly fun.  Students will experience a different culinary adventure each day.   note: menus are subject to change depending on availability.

ONE-DAY COOKING CAMPS

11:30-2:30 (see dates below) - 6 SPOTS PER CLASS

$75 Per Person

$25 non-refundable deposit due upon booking. Remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to class.


August 13th (FULL) 

  • Passport to Italy: Handmade pasta palooza!  We'll make basic and a fresh spinach pasta dough, then create filled and cut pastas and a fresh summer tomato basil sauce. Molto bene!


August 14th (FULL):

  • Passport to Asia: Veggie sushi, pork pot stickers and fortune cookies


August 15th (FULL)

  • Global Bakers:  Classic British scones, French Palmiers and Italian cannoli!


THREE-DAY COOKING CAMPS

TUES-WED-THURS 11:30-2:30  - 6 SPOTS PER CLASS

$175 PER PERSON

A $50 per person non-refundable deposit is due upon booking. Remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to camp.


1.  GLOBAL BAKERS

Session One:  June 11-13 (FULL)

Session Two: July 9-11 (FULL)

Join us as we bake some classic desserts and baked goods reminiscent from around the globe! (Snacks will be provided) 

  • Day one - American Baking:   Blueberry hand pies and homemade doughnuts 
  • Day two - British Baking:   Scones and Victorian sponge cake with cream and fresh berries
  • Day three - French Baking:   Macarons!


2.  CULINARY PASSPORT

Session Two: June 25-27  (FULL)

We'll explore the flavors and dishes of some of the world's most popular cuisines, plus enjoy what we make for lunch each day:

  • Day one - Italy:  Handmade pasta (filled and cut) and chocolate chip cannoli
  • Day two - Mexico:  Chicken enchiladas (yes we'll make our own sauce!), cilantro lime rice and tres leches cake
  • Day three - Asia:  Veggie sushi, pork pot stickers and fortune cookies
